Conditions of the Nayara Scheme – Sab ki Jeet Guaranteed (Nov 2024 to Jan 2025)

  • These terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) apply to the ‘Sab ki Jeet Guaranteed’ (the “Scheme”) for consumers, which is sponsored and brought to you by Nayara Energy Limited (the Company). 
  • Participation in this scheme is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Anybody found using unfair means will be immediately disqualified
  • The Company reserves the right to reject any participant’s entry on any grounds without the need to notify the participant of the reasons for rejection.
  • The scheme will commence on 11th Nov 2024 and will close at midnight on 31st Jan 2025 (referred to as "Scheme Period"). Any transactions completed after 12.00 AM on 1st February 2025 will not be eligible for the scheme. The Company reserves the right to change the exact date of commencement and closure.
  • This scheme is available exclusively at selected retail outlets of Nayara Energy only. Nayara Energy reserves the right to modify or withdraw the availability of this scheme at any time and at its sole discretion.
  • Entry to this scheme shall be treated as void wherever (including any State or Union Territory) such schemes are prohibited under local laws.
  • By participating in this scheme, you consent to Nayara’s use of the provided mobile numbers from which the entries are received for communication related to the scheme and for conducting further research related to promotional and commercial activities.
  • This scheme is open to Indian Citizens aged 18 years and above who possess valid and active WhatsApp account. Proof of eligibility may be required at Nayara’s discretion.
  • All participants under this scheme must be made via digital payment methods, including but not limited to credit card, debit card, or UPI, and must be processed through Nayara Energy’s integrated mPOS devices. 
  • Upon registration with Nayara Energy’s WhatsApp Business Account, customers will receive a fuel voucher. The voucher value will range between Rs. 15 and Rs. 250, with the exact amount disclosed only at the time of redemption. Savings per litre range from Rs 0.60 / litre to Rs 12.50 / litre. Vouchers are redeemable solely for fuel purchases with a minimum fill value of Rs. 1000. The maximum fuel amount eligible for this scheme per fill per customer is Rs. 5000.
  • The voucher value would be applied as discount on the POS post scan/entry of the voucher details. To avail the discount benefit through voucher redemption, the customer needs to pay the balance value digitally (through card/UPI).
  • Fuel voucher refers to the QR/text-based fuel voucher sent to the customer’s WhatsApp account. Each fuel voucher will be valid for a select period. Post expiry of the fuel voucher, these fuel vouchers cannot be redeemed. Part redemption of fuel vouchers not allowed. These fuel vouchers cannot be converted in cash.
  • Upon successful redemption of the first fuel voucher, customers shall receive the next fuel voucher on the WhatsApp account linked to the phone number which was used to register on WhatsApp chatbot.
  • Each customer, identified by a unique mobile number, may receive a maximum of two vouchers per month, subject to the successful redemption of the first voucher of the month. The maximum fuel amount per fill per customer under this scheme is Rs. 5000.
  • After redeeming an initial voucher, customers are eligible to receive a new voucher linked to the same WhatsApp account. The conditions for subsequent voucher issuance remain the same and are subject to availability and compliance with these terms.
  • Nayara Energy reserves the unilateral right to alter, amend, or withdraw any aspect of this scheme, including voucher values and terms, without prior notice. Any such changes will be deemed effective immediately upon publication on Nayara Energy’s official communication channels.
  • This scheme is exclusively applicable for the purchase of petrol and diesel at select Nayara Energy retail outlets where integrated POS (Fiserv) is available. Integrated POS refers to the payment POS device of Fiserv. The list of participating Nayara Energy retail outlets will be refreshed from time to time during the scheme period.
  • The scheme is not transferable and cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash or kind. No cash claim shall be entertained in lieu of the scheme. This scheme may not be combined with other Nayara Energy Promotional or Discount Scheme.
  • Customers can call Customer Support number 1800 1200 330 for assistance in participation and any clarifications regarding the scheme.
  • Nayara Energy shall not be liable or responsible if the customer is not able to get the discount in the scheme because of technical/other issues.
  • The participating customers may, at the request of Nayara, participate in all promotional activities (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge.
  • By entering the scheme, the participant agrees that Nayara Energy shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Scheme or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (except any liability which may not be excluded under applicable law).
  • Nayara Energy is not responsible for participants who are not able to understand the scheme’s mechanics or for misinterpretation of the same. No correspondence, clarification, or explanation in this regard will be entertained by the Company.
  • The decision of Nayara Energy is final and binding and is non-contestable. Nayara Energy reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this scheme at any time without prior notice. No correspondence would be entertained on this account.
  • Nayara Energy reserves the right to audit all claims/winning entries to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the promotion have been met; and to request additional information regarding all claims and supporting documents.
  • Nayara Energy and its partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage, theft, or any other mishap whatsoever including any act of God- Natural calamity (Pandemic | Earthquake | Tsunami | Flood or any man-made calamity (War | Coup | Riots | Bandh | Strike) or governmental action or other force majeure circumstances, that may be suffered because of participating in the scheme.
  • No correspondence/communication from the participants on the scheme will be entertained by Nayara Energy. Any correspondence/communication would solely be at the discretion of Nayara Energy.
  • The submission of false, incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this scheme and from future Nayara Energy schemes and promotions. The submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in the claimant being subject to civil or criminal liability.
  • Nayara reserves the right to terminate, extend or change this Scheme/Scheme Period or any part thereof at any time at its sole discretion without prior notification. The decisions of Nayara regarding this Scheme/Scheme Period, and the declaration of the winners, are final and binding.
  • The unenforceability or invalidity of one or more clauses in these Terms and Conditions shall not influence any other clause in these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall be enforceable as per law.
  • All rights, and interests, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, in the Promotional Scheme and in all response received shall vest with the Company. The Company or any person or entity permitted by the Company in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the participant in any media/platform for future contest, marketing, publicity, and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participants.
  • The courts of competent jurisdiction at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Promotional Scheme. Further, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and/or the Organizers with respect to this Contest shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and valid for a limited period as specified within the voucher. Nayara Energy reserves the right to modify the voucher’s value, terms, or validity period without prior notice.
  • Nayara Energy assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the misuse of this scheme, including but not limited to unauthorized redemption of vouchers or system errors.
  • Nayara Energy’s decision on any matter related to this scheme shall be final and binding on all participants. The company reserves the right to disqualify any customer found to be violating these terms.
